Return and Exchange Policy

In accordance with O.U.G. 34/2014, consumers benefit from a 14-calendar day period to withdraw from a distance contract or an off-premises contract, without being required to justify the withdrawal decision.

Regardless of whether you made the purchase as an individual or on behalf of a company (legal entity), you have the right to return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, for any product purchased on the website Yasmintrend.shop.

 

Return acceptance conditions: For the return to be accepted, the product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered: unused, without signs of wear, containing the label, without dents or scratches, perfume smell, makeup traces, not washed, accompanied by all accessories with which it was delivered, in its original packaging plus packaging to ensure good transport conditions, if applicable.

Also, when sending the return package, it is mandatory to send it with the "Open Package" option, to allow us to check the integrity and condition of the product upon receipt. If you do not send the package under these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the shipment, with all the consequences arising therefrom.

How to request a return? To return a product, regardless of the reason, you can send us your request by phone, email or directly on WhatsApp.

Shipping and exchange costs:

  • Shipping costs for returning products will be borne by you.

  • If the size is chosen incorrectly, you will also bear the costs of return or exchange.

  • The shipping fee for exchange is 25 RON. The cost for changing the size or product with another fully reverts to the customer.

IMPORTANT:

  • The package for money return will be sent only via EXPRESS COURIER (regardless of the courier company), Romanian Post is NOT accepted.

  • PACKAGES SENT BACK WITH CASH ON DELIVERY WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REFUSED.

You will NOT bear the return costs if:

  1. You receive a different product/size than the one ordered.

  2. You found that the received product has manufacturing defects. (In these cases, no fee is charged if the exchange is made for the same product and size).

Money refund: After we receive the returned package, we will refund the value of the product or products only by Bank Transfer, no later than 14 calendar days.
